Agaricus bisporus is a fungus of the mushroom family and the genus Agaricus, also known as white mushrooms, mushrooms, tricholoma, and mushrooms. Canned Agaricus bisporus can be opened and eaten immediately, and has a delicious taste. It is an edible fungus with a large cultivation scale and a wide cultivation range.
