Features:
1.SZLHm508 is widely used for pelletizing of light substances, such as wood chips, sawdust, straw, pasture, chrysanthemum, palm leaf and so on;
2.The feeder's especial structure makes materials conveyed evenly. It is specially designed for pelletizing of light substances with the density of 0.15-0.65g/cm3;
3.Feeder, conditioner and chute are made of stainless steel with long service life;
4.It is with magnet and over load protection system which can protect machine well during production;
5.It makes gear directly-connecting as the driver, and is with quick-release die fixed by clamps, which can increase the output by 15% more than the same type machine with belt-convey;
6.The bearings and oil seals in the main drivers are imported from Japan to ensure highly-efficient, stability and credibility.
Advantages:
1. Three layer jacket conditioners or double shaft differential speed conditioner, special design and assembly type of paddle, plus reasonable conditioning axial speed and centralized valve addition and control system, ensure product cooking more sufficient and safer.
2. No need to retreat knife before open door, blade adopts special steel and weld special alloy, the angle and distance between blade and die is reasonable, ensure service life of blade and uniform cut of pellet and length.
3. Specialized shrimp feed die and roller, ensure capacity, pellet shape and hardness.
4. Additional with pneumatic product bypassing device, pellet mill automatic control system and overload safety protection system.
5. Frequency conversion speed-adjusting motor regulating feeding rate, feed screw with variable pitch helical structure, feeding even and precise control.
6. SZLHm Biomass Pellet Mill has conditioner cylinder with large opening structure which is easy to check and maintenance.
7. Conditioner with mist spayer, this machine can add proper water to make the raw materials to achieve the best effect.
8. It can mount discharging handle or pneumatic discharging on the outboard easy for operation to realize automatic control.
9. Fitted with ring lifting device easy to disassembly ring and reduce labor intensity
