Product Introduction

JP low-voltage integrated distribution box shall comply with IEC439-1 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment", GB7251.12-2013 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment Part 2: Complete power switch and control equipment", GB/T15576- 2008 "Low-Voltage Complete Reactive Power Compensation Device" related standard requirements.

3. Altitude: ≤ 2500m
4. Ambient air not apparently polluted by corrosive and flammable gas, vapor, etc.
5. No frequent violent shake

 

Installation requirements
1. The switchboard (box) should be made of non-combustible materials;
2. In production sites and offices with low risk of electric shock, open-type power distribution boards can be installed;
3. Closed cabinets should be installed in processing workshops, casting, forging, heat treatment, boiler rooms, wood workshops and other places where the risk of electric shock is high or the working environment is poor;
4. Airtight or explosion-proof electrical facilities must be installed in hazardous workplaces with conductive dust or flammable and explosive gases;
5. The electrical components, meters, switches and circuits of the distribution board (box) should be neatly arranged, firmly installed and easy to operate. The bottom surface of the floor-mounted board (box) should be 5~10 mm above the ground;
6. The center height of the operating handle is generally 1.2~1.5m; there is no obstacle within the range of 0.8~1.2m in front of the board (box);
7. The connection of the protection wire is reliable; no bare live body shall be exposed outside the board (box);
8. The electrical components that must be installed on the outer surface of the board (box) or on the distribution board must have reliable shielding
