Product Introduction
The S14-M.RL fully sealed three-phase three-phase wound core transformer is different from the traditional planar laminated core transformer. The iron core is composed of a three-phase column yoke arranged in a three-dimensional triangle with a single frame. Each column is continuously coiled by high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel thin strip, and the width is cut in a straight line or a curve by a CNC cutting machine. The strip material is wound on the core winding machine to form a near-circular or folded-edge arc frame sheet, and then subjected to vacuum nitrogen-filled annealing treatment to eliminate processing stress, reorientation of the crystal lattice, increase magnetic permeability, and improve electromagnetic performance; high and low voltage coils are used exclusively The winding machine is directly wound on the iron core paper tube. The overall structure is solid and compact. The body is insulated with upper and lower iron yokes and laminated wood. The screw is pulled around to tighten the coil to make it stable and reliable, and can withstand sudden short circuits. impact.
