Horizontal End Suction Centrifugal Pump IR100-65-315A Series for Hot Water
The IR series single stage end suction centrifugal pump could be used to transfer clean water, sewage water, hot water and similar liquid. The pump is constructed with single impeller, horizontal installed, radial split volute casing with foot support and single entry impeller, end suction, vertical discharge.
The IR series single stage end suction centrifugal pump is specially designed for hot water, it is the most cost-effective solution for hot water pumping applications. It is widely used in varied kinds of hot water supply, hot water circulation, hot water boosting service, heating factory, power plant cooling, fire fighting, etc.
Base-Mounted End Suction Pumps provide quiet, dependable power plus hydraulic performance and dimensional characteristics that meet the very latest standards. The improved bearing frame design features sealed-for-life bearings that meet all industry requirements for a minimum working life of 8,000 hours, and optional, re-grease able bearings are also available. An easy-to-replace, slip-on shaft sleeve facilitates seal maintenance in the field and lowers maintenance costs.The exclusive dry shaft design protects the pump shaft by eliminating contact with the circulating fluid, so corrosion-resistant shaft materials are generally not required. IR Series Base-Mounted End Suction Pumps also feature flush seal line taps, allowing the installation of a filter to protect the seal from non-condensable particles present in open systems. In addition, pressure tappings on suction and discharge connections are provided as a standard feature.
