The production process of PET bottled water involves several stages.

The buffer system of solid bottle conveying is used to transport the bottles safely. The bottle drier membrane charging machine charges the membrane to ensure it functions correctly.

Features

The air duct is positioned on the ground through a scaffold. Above it, the fan is installed to ensure proper ventilation. The air inlet of each fan has an air filter to safeguard against dust particles being dispersed into the bottle.

The bottle is suspended using a bottle plate on the air conveyor, and subsequently conveyed to the bottle puncher using air pressure. This process is assisted by the upward airflow from the fan, which is aimed at the bottom of the bottle plate.

The support feet and bottle boards used for hanging the bottle are manufactured from plastic and nylon. On the other hand, the majority of other components are constructed from top-quality stainless steel.
