Product Description:

The gable-top carton filling and sealing machine consists of three main components: box making, caps application, and filling/sealing tops.

The equipment process flow involves several steps. Firstly, carton pieces are purchased and manually fed to the machine. The cartons are then subjected to ultrasonic welding and press seal molding, before being manually taken out and opened. Once the cartons are opened, caps are applied to them through manual labor, and then subjected to ultrasonic welding again to seal the caps in place. The filled cartons are then conveyed to the finishing stage.

The filling machine operation process is computer-controlled, with automatic control of electrical appliances. The whole process is controlled by a PLC program that is completed by two personnel.
