Function:
 
The mechanical model quilting machine (shuttle lockstich quilting machine ) is easy in operation, which is simple and directly perceived .
1. Quilting with 180 degrees patterns.
2. Pattern can be changed by different needle setting and replace of CAM.
3. Configure digital form, which can automatically record the length of the fabric.

Chishing has our own accessories producing workshop so that the quality can be controlled, while other factories mostly purchased accessories outside.
Materials: Chishing imported steel from Japan. And the life-span of the machine depends on it.
Other factories use domestic steel.
Pressing board: Chishing uses 3mm or 5mm; other factories use 1.5mm. So the strengh is different.
Bearing: Chishing uses Brand IJK and EASE made in Japan.
Needle: Chishing uses Germany SGHETZ and DOTEC.
Shuttle: HASHIMA, Japanse and Swiss shuttle.
