TH2000 Online Monitoring Pretreatment System

TH-2000 gas online monitoring and pretreatment system is mainly used in the gas analysis industry. The main detection occasions: flue gas emission, desulfurization and denitrification, boiler tail gas, sewage pipeline gas detection and analysis, etc.

The main principle is: the sampling unit collects the flue gas or the gas to be measured on site, the pretreatment unit cools the gas, dehumidifies, filters the dust, and keeps the temperature and humidity of the gas to be measured within a certain range, and the gas detection unit detects and analyzes the gas to be transported The incoming gas will display the measured gas concentration on the display screen in real time, and transmit the data signal to the terminal such as PLC or computer. It can also be transmitted to the cloud server via wireless GPRS or network, and the user can read the data from the server. Realize global network monitoring and analysis. The whole process is automated and does not require human intervention.

TH-2000 gas online monitoring and pretreatment system is suitable for gas detection and analysis in low dust, temperature and humidity occasions. Introduction to the principle of gas online monitoring and pretreatment system:

The sample gas is processed according to the pressure, temperature, humidity, flow rate, (dust content), and cleanliness that the analyzer can accept, and the following tasks are mainly completed:

• Sample sampling: Use a vacuum sampling pump or a DC brushless pump to extract the sample gas from the flue and other environments
• Dust filtration: The measured gas passes through a precision dust filter and then enters the sampling pipeline. If it is a dusty environment, an automatic blowback system can be selected.
• Cooling treatment: the temperature of the sampling probe and sampling pipeline can be cooled, and the gas within 1300℃ can be processed
• Optional function: double-effect compressor water-cooled dehumidification system, stable control of the gas at 4 ℃ or 5 ℃
• Tar treatment: After the sample gas passes through the tar filter, the tar and residual dust are removed
• Gas-water separation: Free water appears after the sample gas is cooled down through the sampling pipeline. The gas-water separator separates the gas, water and residual dust, and drains automatically.
• Secondary filtration: according to the size of the site humidity, the secondary water vapor separation
• Heat tracing function: This function is optional, heating, heat preservation, to prevent water vapor condensation and part of the gas from dissolving in water, and to prevent the sampling pipeline from freezing in winter
• Detection and analysis: real-time detection and display of the concentration, and the data is transmitted by 4-20mA/RS485 and other signal methods, and it can also be transmitted to a remote server or environmental protection bureau or monitoring station through wireless transmission or network transmission
• Flow adjustment: control the amount of gas intake
• Gas switching: switch between measured gas, standard gas or air
