The Model B110 Laser Particle Counter is a highly efficient and widely used tool for accurately measuring particle sizes. With a size range of 0.1 (μm), this device is capable of detecting even the smallest particles. It offers multiple channel sizes including 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, and 5.0 (μm), providing a comprehensive analysis of the particles present.
Equipped with a laser diode, this particle counter has a mean time between failure of 30,000 hours, ensuring its reliability and longevity. Its dimensions of 250*215*220mm (wxhxd) make it compact and easily portable, with a weight of only 5.6kg.
The B110 has a flow rate of 28.3L/min, and can detect concentrations of up to 35,000 particles per liter with a 10% count loss. The sample period can be adjusted from 1 to 999 seconds, providing flexibility in data collection. It also meets ISO 14644 calibration and GMP-2010 standards for calibration count mode.
Data storage is a breeze with a capacity of 100,000 units, which can be easily exported via USB disk or printed directly. The communication mode is RS232, allowing for easy data transfer. The storage environmental temperature ranges from -15 to 60℃, with humidity at 0 to 98% (non-condensation). In the working environment, the temperature ranges from 5 to 35℃, with humidity at 20 to 95% (non-condensation).
The B110 has a color TFT touch screen display and can generate pass/fail reports in ISO-14644 and FS-209E formats. The self-cleaning time is less than 10 minutes, ensuring minimal downtime. The gear counting efficiency is 50±20%, guaranteeing accurate results every time. The enclosure is made of 304 stainless steel, making it sturdy and durable. A thermal printer is built-in for convenient on-site printing. The power supply is 220V ± 10% and it also has a built-in lithium battery with a battery life of over 3 hours.
