32 Head Weigher Bag Packaging Machine

Mechanical character

1.Weighing range 5-240g;

2.32 head weigher with high combinations, flexible configuration, strong adaptability, high precision;

3.It can be used for only one material, as a high-speed machine, or weighing for a bigger target weight.

4.It can be flexibly set up mixing formula to less than 7 kinds of material, or increase more than 7 kinds of material;

5.The main material automatically compensate for other formula weighing accuracy error, which ensures the accuracy of the total weight;

The main material is distributed 8hoppers as the main material automatically compensate for other formula weighing accuracy error, which ensures the accuracy of the total weight within ±1.5g; Other three kinds of materials are distributed 7 hoppers with the accuracy of ± 2g; Formula weighing accuracy control is well.
The distributed hoppers of 32 head weighers for the 3 material counting pieces are 1 hopper (±0), 1 hopper (±0), and 1 hopper (±0). Each of the material is distributed to one-hopper and fed by counting vibration rotary feeder in high precision (the weight accuracy is not considered)
