Disc Clutch Product Overview
ATD series clutch is suitable for all heavy working conditions need clutch connection occasions, it can be used as a collar connection two concentric shaft to achieve different side transmission, also suitable for installation on the shaft to achieve the same side transmission power, more high-speed clutch can be directly connected to the engine.
In the field of drilling and production equipment, ATD series pushing disc clutch is mainly used for workover rig, rig winch clutch and transmission box, chain box and other transmission parts clutch.
ATD series push disc clutch is widely used in power transmission of various industrial equipment, such as construction machinery, oil rig, workover rig, winch, etc., size from 8 "to 60", dynamic torque from 630N.m to 976,200N.m.
Product characteristics
ATD series push disc clutch large friction area, stable starting. Multi-friction pair design can better meet the needs of various torques. Ring type air bag or split air bag can be applied to the clutch, easy maintenance, air pressure dry operation will not pollute the surrounding environment.
