I. Description of rotating blowout preventer:
The rotary control head is a universal wellhead rotary blowout preventer device. It seals downhole dust, mud, oil, gas, air, and steam through the elastic deformation of the rotating rubber core to seal drilling tools such as kelly pipes, drill collars, and casings. and other substances, while forcing these substances to flow out from the side outlet to ensure the safety of the wellhead and drill floor. It can be used in pressure drilling, underbalanced drilling and drilling operations prone to well kicks and blowouts.
II. Features:

3. The rubber core relies on its own elastic deformation and well pressure to assist in sealing to seal around the drill string.
III. Product instructions:
Please calibrate the wellhead before use. Do not use drill pipes with stress grooves and rough wear-resistant sleeves. The outer burrs of the drill pipe should be polished smooth and the drill pipe should be lubricated. Otherwise, the service life of the rubber core will be greatly shortened. When this product is used for tripping operations with a self-sealing head, it is required to strictly control the wellhead pressure (as low as possible) and tripping speed, especially the speed of the drill pipe joint; otherwise the rubber core will burst (break) or break.
It is recommended to store the rubber core in an environment with a temperature of 0-22°C and a relative humidity of 55%-80%. It should not be in contact with acids, alkalis, benzene, lipid organic solvents and corrosive chemicals, and it is required to be at least 30cm from the ground and at least 1 meter from the heat source. As long as the above conditions are met, the warranty period is two years. If the rubber core is not properly stored, its service life will be shortened.
