Product Description
1 Multi-media filter
The multi-media filter is widely used in drinking water treatment to remove different types of particles, such as suspended solids (turbidity), colloidal compounds and etc, ensuring the filtered water's TDS is less than 5. This process will reduce the load on the back-end fine filters.
Diffuser
There is diffuser, installed in the filter. Their main function is to make the compressed air and the water distribute evenly during backwash and water distribution.

2 The active carbon filter is the key device, commonly used for removal of organic substance and heavy metal element, suspended solids, residual chlorine and etc. It can effectively reduce the level of COD and improve the taste of water. The system is a pressure filter. In the filter, the quartz and Coconut shell activecarbon bed are employed. The activated carbon is equipped with vent valving at the highest point and adrain connection at the lowest point. The internal systems and components for each tank is constructed of frp material.

3 Security filter ( Cartridge Filters)
The security filter is most commonly used for treat water. The whole system adopts one set of stainless filter. There are 5 pieces of polypropylene in every 5μ Filter cartridges, filtering the vast majority of particles in the water, which eases the load of RO membrane. This process of filtration benefits to the filter cartridge and prolongs its lifetime in the system.

4) RO plant can be automatically controlled with touch screen operation, easy for operation.

5) RO water system flush membranes about 90 seconds automatically. It can protect the membrane and extend its service life.

6) Low voltage protection switch. When the water pressure is low, stop automatically to protect the pump.

7) Offer the customized solution according to feed water quality.
