What is RO water plant ?

RO system is raw water through precision filter, granular activated carbon filters, activated carbon filters, compression, and then through the pump pressure, the use of reverse osmosis membrane pore size 1/10000μm make a higher concentration of water into low concentration of water, while the industrial pollutants, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses and other impurities in the water mixed with a large number of full isolation, to achieve the required physical and chemical indicators for drinking and hygiene standards, outputs to clean pure water is the best choice of body replenish water quality. It is key equipment of pure water plant.

(1). Occupy little space, easy to operate, wide application range;
(2). operation cost is low, acid and alkali consumption is low, no secondary pollution;
(3). Reverse osmosis desalting rate ≧ 99%, machine desalting rate ≧ 97%, 98% of organic and bacteria can be removed;
(4). Finished water under good electronic conductivity, one stage ≦10u s/cm, two stage around 2~3u s/cm, EDI ≦ 0.5u s/cm(based on raw water ≦ 300 u s/cm;
(5). High operation automation degree. It is unattended. The machine will automatically stop in case of no water. Timed flushing of front filtering materials by automatic controller. Automatic flushing of reverse osmosis film by IC. Online display of raw water and pure water electronic conductivity;
(6). Imported parts account for over 90%.
 
Procedure:
Raw water - raw water tank (user self-provided) - raw water pump- multi-media filter- activated carbon filter- precision filter, the reverse osmosis device - pure water storage tank (user self-provided)
 
Function of each part of water treatment plant
1. feed water pump pump-- provide the pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter
2. Multi-medium filter-- get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid, ect.
3. Active Carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, ect.
4. Softener--exchange "ions" of calcium and magnesium with the most common and easiest method.
5. Security filter--prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5um
6. High pressure pump-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane
7. RO system-- main part of the plant. The RO membrane's desalting rate can reach 99%, removing over 99% ions
8. UV sterilizer or ozone generator--- kill bacteria
