Three Phase Ac Output Reactor Filter Out The Harmonic Voltage And Current To Protect The Motor
Ac Output Reactor overview:
Input and output reactor for variable frequency speed regulation: inverter and governor during use, often suffer from the surge current and surge voltage impact, the performance will be severely damaged and the service life of the converter and the governor, so to use input reactor arranged on the front, to suppress the surge voltage and surge current protection, inverter and governor, extend the service life and prevent the harmonic interference, at the same time, as the frequency converter and adopts frequency conversion speed governor is the way, so often produce hormonics and waveform distortion in the speed, will affect the normal use of equipment, therefore, require the installation of a reactor output on the output side, to filter out the harmonic voltage and current, improve the quality of power grid.
Product application
1. Limit DV/DT to 500V/us.
2. Limit the overvoltage of motor.
3. Reduce the leakage current of motor.
4. Reduce the interference generated by contacter which mount between filter and motor.
5.The output AC reactors are used on the load side of the inverter, and the motor current flows through these reactors.
6.The output AC reactor compensates the capacitive charge reversal current of the long cable for smooth filtering.
7.Reduce the transient voltage dv/dt and extend the life of the motor.
8.Reduce the noise of the motor,reduce the eddy current loss,and reduce the leakage current caused by the input high-order harmonics.
9.Protect the power switching devices inside the inverter.
10.Improve input line current balance.
11.Reduce nuisance drive over-voltage trips caused by transient voltage spikes and power line notches.
12.Protect input rectifiers from in-rush current caused by sudden power line surges and sags.
13.Extend the life of the DC bus capacitor bank by reducing the internal heating caused by ripple current.
14.Protect motor windings from long lead effects when used on the drive output.
15.The use of line and load reactors increases the reliability, performance,and efficiency of VFD systems,extends the life of both drives and motors,and reduces the amount of energy consumed by the motor/drive system.

1.Operation environment:No need derated suing during -10℃ to 45℃,if work in above 45℃,the rated current will be reduce 2% for every 1℃ rising.
