Description:
This is D28mm round shape PP cover fit for kinds of bottle injection mould, the mould do in 12cavity and hot runner, core&cavity steel choose German2083 stainless steel. The mould demould system is pump off which cycle time around 20s. Due to mould size it can be running on 160-200T injection machine and produce automatically drop, if want to use robot arm pick up the cover also is ok.
This is standard round cover can fit for different kinds of material bottle neck, such as PE, PP, PET and suitable for different yield package like cosmectics, food, industral, medicine and so on.
For mould JINQIU provide technical support all time and normally after-sale service 1year which if have any spare parts problem we will repair or change by free but expect damage by human.
Processing:
After the drawing is confirmed by the customer, the mold will be processed in a perfect and careful way. Every part will be processed and processed, and the size will be checked to see if it is correct. Every link will be monitored effectively to ensure that no error will occur in the process.
