Description:
This is 2cavity 200ml hair shampoo PE bottle mould, the main mould cavity steel is German2316 stainless steel do high glossy processing, the structure within auto-deflashing system which cut the neck and bottom extra raw material in mould after blowing finish, and get and good bottle finally which no need worker to cut or tear off the material by hand, more easy and more fast, save production cost.
Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.Except for the mold damage caused by human reasons, if the parts are damaged, they can be replaced free of charge
Processing:
Make contract→customer finish down payment→customer provide sample or drawing→JINQIU design details product and mould drawing
→customer approve drawing→JINQIU start make mould→JINIQU test mould and provide samples to customer for check→customer approve
