Description:
This is 1.5L round shape single cavity bottle mould made by steel P20, the surface make in sandblast. This is common deesign mould only main part, the mould running on blowing machine and have product, the up and bottom extra raw material need to tear off by worker. The mould cavity design in full circle of cooling line then connect with water help for cooling during blowing and avoid bottle deformation.
This container are square shape design idea from customer, the 2sides will do labeling. the product wide use in home daily chemical for washing and food and so on
Except for the mold damage caused by human reasons, if the parts are damaged, they can be replaced free of charge, Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.
Processing:
Make contract and get deposit→JINQIU design drawing according to customer sample or drawing
→JINQIU start make mould after get drawing approved by customer→JINIQU test mould and provide samples to customer for check till get confirmation→after samples confirmed JINQIU inspection and package mould→customer finish balance→JINIQU prepare for shipment
