Description:
This is PP material D30mm fliptop cap for standard neck PE/PET bottle, the mould demould by hydrulic cylinder, top gate point do in hot runner, cavity and core use German2344 do in heat treatment touch surface HRC 48-52°
The mould size can fit for 160T common injection machine, product drop automatically from the mould save worker's cost, meanwhile improve daily efficiency
Mould processing by complete steps from design to purchase steel material, first step maching, inspection, precision machining, assemble and test, check samples. The mould steel do heat treatment keep strength and work life.
Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts. Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.
