Description:
24cavity 24/410 plastic fliptop cap injection mould do in semi-hot runner, also cold runner or hot runner for option, the mould should work on 200T-250T injection machine, the daily output around 85000pcs
Mould processing by complete steps from design to purchase steel material, first step maching, inspection, precision machining, assemble and test, check samples. The mould steel do heat treatment keep strength and work life.
Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts. Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.
