This is 6cavity 200ml round PE milk bottle mould, the mould steel is Alum7075 but other steel like P20, stainless steel 2316, S136 optional,
This milk bottle in huge qty needed per day so make 6cavity which daily output qty around 28000-30000pcs/set. Bottle neck inlay Becu improve cooling function
The mould within auto-deflashing system cut extra material after bottle finish blowing in machine, this action no need workers manually cut waste, reducing costs but improving efficiency
Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.Except for the mold damage caused by human reasons, if the parts are damaged, they can be replaced free of charge
