Description:
This is single cavity 1L petrol HDPE bottle mould made by Alum material 7075, the mould design is normal without auto-deflashing systemt, the cavity surface do in sandblast. inner design make full circle round cooling line around aim to touch good cooling during producing.
The mould use Alum the mould weight is more light and cooling compare to steel is better and reduce cycle around 1-2s.
Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.Except for the mold damage caused by human reasons, if the parts are damaged, they can be replaced free of charge
