Full-auto Stator Coil Winding Machine for Normal Washing Machine Motor SMT-QLR70
 
Equipped with four winding heads and eight working stations with turntable. It can wind coils directly and orderly into transfer cup, which is controlled by six servo motors. If using vertical coil winding machines to wind coils, It will be convenient for inserting the coils of stators with high slot fill factor and small slot opening width. So it can save labor effecitvely.

Machine "Full-auto Stator Coil Winding Machine for Normal Washing Machine Motor" is used for winding electric wires to several coils automatically and putting coils into transfer cup orderly.
It adopts six servo motors to control the motion, like high-speed mold dipping, turntable rotating and transfer cup indexing, etc. It can achieve higher qualification rate and also has high out-put.
Operators need to stand when operating.

4. Six spindles are controlled by servo motors: the main spindle, high-speed mold dipping, hooking and cutting wire, turntable rotation and transfer cup index are all controlled by servo motors;

5. Especially suitable for stators with high slot fill factor and small slot opening;

6. Winding mode such as automatic skip, automatic cutting and automatic indexing can be finished successively at one time;

7. Parameters can be set in human-machine interface, winding tension is adjustable;

8. Obtain continuous or discontinuous winding way and meets the 2 poles, 4 poles and 6 poles coils winding;

9. It saves labor and has high efficiency.
