One Winding Head Turntable Stator Winding Machine Coiling Wires Automatically SMT-LR200

Equipped with one winding head and two working stations with turntable. It can wind coils directly and orderly into transfer cup, which is controlled by six servo motors. If stator coils are made by this kind of machine, It will be eaiser to insert the coils of stators with high slot fill factor and small slot opening width. So it can save labor effecitvely. Compared with other kinds of vertical winding machine, it's more suitable for bigger size motor coils.

It adopts six servo motors to control the motion, like main spindle, turntable rotating and transfer cup indexing, etc. It can achieve higher qualification rate.
