Equipped with one inding head and twin stations with turntable. It can wind coils directly and orderly into transfer cup, which is under six servo motors' control. If stator coils are made by this kind of machine, It will be eaiser to insert the coils of stators with high slot fill factor and small slot opening width. So it can save labor effecitvely.

Machine "Servo Motor Stator Winding Machine for Stators with Stack Height Less than 120mm" is used for winding electric wires to several coils automatically and putting coils into transfer cup orderly.

It adopts six servo motors to control the motion, like hooking & cutting wire, turntable rotating and transfer cup indexing, etc. It can achieve higher qualification rate.

Operators need to stand when operating.
