Brief Instruction of Machine
Machine "Auto 4-station Winding and Inserting Machine for Single Phase Winding Stator Production" is used for winding electric wires directly into insertion tools, and at inserting station, coils and wedge paper can be pushed into stator cores automatically.
This machine is more suitable for single phase winding stator making, one station for main phase winding, one station for aux phase widning, one station for paper pre-making, one station for coils and paper insertion;
It adopts servo motors to control the motion, like high-speed mold dipping, turntable rotating and transfer cup indexing, etc. It can achieve higher qualification rate and also has high out-put.

9. It saves labor and has high efficiency and automation;
10. Changeover time is around 1hr, more suitable for mass production of single types.
