Precision Electric Moving Table: PP110-75
This electric moving table is driven by precision ball screw, cross ball guide rail, high-quality coupling and other components, uses a two-phase stepping motor with high torque, low heat and high stability as the power source, uses lightweight, high-strength high-quality aluminum alloy as the main material, and is manufactured by combining years of accumulation of special processing and assembly processes.
Features of precision electric moving table:
■ Compact and thin structure, suitable for use with light load, low speed and scientific test.
■ High quality fine grinding screw drive, small lead, the same fine fraction can achieve high resolution.
■ Clever structure design of empty back nut, which can minimize the clearance of grinding lead screw pair.
■ Cross roller guide rail, comfortable movement, lateral adjustment of preload and gap elimination function, can be multi-dimensional combination.
■ The bottom plate of the grinding platform and the reasonable fixing way of guide rail can reduce the pitch and deflection of the platform and greatly improve the straightness and parallelism of the motion.
■ Stepper motor and grinding screw are connected by high-quality elastic coupling, synchronous transmission, good bias elimination performance, reduce eccentric disturbance and small noise.
■ Equipped with hand wheel, convenient debugging.
■ Standard mounting holes are adopted to facilitate instrument installation and multi-freedom module combination.
