Equipped with conductive magnetic ring, any rotation without fear of cable winding.
PT-SW01 Precision Electric Integral Rotary Table is an electric rotary slide table with crossed roller collars. The unique shafting structure and wear-resistant fine grinding worm gears ensure high rotation accuracy, and key indicators such as end runout and radial runout are international level. The unique worm gear and worm adjustment mechanism can easily eliminate mechanical errors and ensure long-term use accuracy.
Product features
1. The use of fine-grinding worm gear drives to achieve high positioning performance, and can rotate in any forward and reverse directions.
2. The rotating shaft system is precisely machined by multi-channel process, with high matching precision, large bearing capacity and long service life.
3. Standard stepper motor with encoder, stable and reliable, can be automatically controlled by motion controller.
4. The central through hole of the rotary table and the rotation center have strict coaxiality requirements, and the central aperture of the rotary table has strict matching tolerance limits, which is convenient for customers to do precise positioning.
5. The stepping motor and the worm are connected by high-quality elastic coupling, the transmission is synchronous, and the depolarization performance is good, which greatly reduces the eccentric disturbance and has low noise.
