Product characteristics of electric linear platform:
1. Standard equipped with a stepper motor, the motion controller can achieve automatic control of it.
2. Precise grinding of the bottom plate of the electric moving table and a reasonable fixing method of the guide rail greatly reduce the pitch and yaw of the electric moving table, greatly improving the straightness and parallelism of movement, and being suitable for various environments.
3. The anti loosening and anti axial movement structure effectively prevents screw loosening and axial movement, effectively ensuring repeated positioning accuracy and absolute positioning accuracy, especially suitable for high-speed reciprocating use of precision ball screw drive. Good repeatability and absolute positioning accuracy, small axial clearance, and long service life.
4. The base has threaded holes and through holes with standard hole pitch for easy installation and fixation.
