The manual linear sliding table includes the bed, slide plate, lead screw, hand wheel and two I-shaped guide rails arranged in parallel. The guide rail is fixed at the upper end of the bed, the slide plate is located above the guide rail, the lead screw is located between the two guide rails, and the hand wheel is connected at one end of the lead screw. It is characterized in that there are multiple sliders around the lower end of the slide plate, the lower end of the slide plate is provided with a groove, the groove slides with the guide rail, and the middle of the lower end of the slide plate is provided with a lead screw nut seat, The other end of the lead screw is sleeved in the lead screw nut seat. One end of the lead screw close to the handwheel is provided with a bearing seat. The lower end of the bearing seat is fixed at one end of the bed. The outer side of the lower end of the slider is provided with a locking block. One side of the upper end of the locking block is connected with the slider, and the other side of the upper end of the locking block is connected with the guide rail.
The groove depth dimension of the manual linear slide is 0.5-1mm smaller than the height dimension of the beam at the upper end of the guide rail. A through hole is set in the middle of the bed, a pointer is set on one side of the slide plate, and a scale is set on one side of the upper end of the bed, and the pointer points to the scale.
