varnish machine takes rolling style to do varnish coating for the 24 slots external armature, the armature can be assembly to the shaft spindle, and in-between with the separator to increase the shift Qty while maintain higher quality but saves varnish cost,

Rolling reference (varnish rolling to the armature coils to ensure sature varnish coating and the remaining can flow over through the slots to save the varnish too):
Cleaning photo for reference (tefflon fixtures to shave the varnish all over the armature OD)
Peristaltic pump to ensure the varnish always flowing, the varnish tank connected with water cooler to ensure the varnish at constant temperature, so that to ensure the varnish coating quality.
Varnish machine includes preheating, cooling, varnishing, dropping, postcuring. Those workflow is continuousely auto running.
