Stator testing machine has 2 stations in turn for operation, which upgrade the production capability. It audits the stator quality.
Test principle
Hi-pot test is to load high voltage to the testing part, and then by leakage current to verify the quality. High voltage load between coils and core is to test the slot insulation quality, loading voltage is 50Hz AC, voltage is adjustable in the range of 0-2800V, loading time is adjustable in the range of 1-60 seconds, the leakage current test is obtained by high precision current sensor.
Insulation resistance is calculated by measuring the leakage current at the time of loading 500V DC constant voltage power.
At the cold resistance test, put the coils in constant current power, by the both ends voltage of the testing coil, by R=V/I to calculate the resistance, the system takes 4 points.
Through the motor production, the unqualified surge insulation, wire OD deviation in the coils, copper purity of the wire not good, turns no. difference or unqualified core can result in quality problem. The less quality problem reduces motor efficiency, serious quality problem can burn the motor. In the modern motor production, such instability can be verified by the surge test.
Surge test takes “impact wave comparison”, loading impact voltage wave of fixed value and pre-wave time to the need-be-test coil, and by high speed A/D converter to do the sampling on the self-excited damping wave in the need-be-test coil to the computer and compare it with the standard surge wave of such type motor, and then verify the quality and take out the NJ part.
