FAQ of Solar Knowledges
Q1: How much extra power can get for bifacial solar panels?
A: The extra power generation gain comes from the rear side exactly. It depends on the reflectivity of back. If the project is installed on water, it can only get 5% extra power generation. If the project is installed on sand-gravel ground, it can get approx. 20% extra power generation.
Q2: Most bifacial solar panels are produced with dual glasses, is yours much heavier than normal solar panel?
A: It's the truth that bifacial solar panel with dual glasses is about 4KG heavier. But, the bifacial solar panel from Finergy is produced with mesh backsheet. It's light weight design for solar power plants installation. The weight is same as normal solar panels. But, extra power generation gains from rear side.
Q3: What is the life time?
A: Finergy's bifacial solar panel with mesh backsheet passed aging resistance test as well. It can provide same warranty, 15 years lift time and 30 years linear power warranty.
