Rope Making Machine For HDPE 3 Strands Twisted Fishing Ropes
Product Description:
1. Extruder: 1 set
(1) Screw diameter: 90mm, Rotation speed of screw: 0～80 rpm.
(2) L:D: 33:1, the screw is suitable for HDPE.
(3) Automatic hydraulic filter changer:1 set
(4) Use the pressure automatic feedback system which could ensure the uniform of yarn.
(5) Electric heating round spinneret
(6) Ceramic heating rings for spinneret with SS insulating layer make the heat evenly.
2. Cooling water tank: 1 set
(1) Pushed and pulled in side way.
3. Seven roller stretching unit A: 1 set
(1) Seven pieces variable diameter roller
Five rollers are covered with rubber to resist skidding.
(2) Built-out oil lubrication system which makes the gears runs steady.
4. Hot water tank:1 set
(1) The tank is made by SS 304 with the insulating layer
(2) Double pressure rollers equip with twin cylinder opening device.
5. Seven roller stretching unit B: 1 set
(1) Seven pieces variable diameter roller, all rollers are coated with hard chrome.
(3) Built-in oil lubrication system which makes the gears runs steady.
