Product Description:
1. Extruder: 1 set
(1) Screw diameter: 90mm, Rotation speed of screw: 0～72 rpm. Screw: Zhejiang Zhoushan.
(2) L:D: 30:1, Material of screw: 38CrMoALA ,
The screw is suitable for PET recycle.
(3) Pressure automatic feedback system can adjust the screw speed automatically to ensure the uniform of yarn.
(4) Material of barrel heater: Far infarad.
(5) Metering pump 50cc, rotation speed: 0-45 rotation.
(6) Round spinneret: 1 set.
(7) Two color doser: 1 set
2. Quenching tank: 1 set
(1) The tank is made by SS 304.
