Product Description:
1. Extruder: 1 set
(1) Screw diameter: 65mm, Rotation speed of screw: 0～72 rpm. Screw: Zhejiang Zhoushan.
(2) L:D: 30:1, Material of screw: Bi-metal , The screw is suitable for TPU chips.
(3) Pressure feedback system which can adjust the screw speed automatically.
(4) Material of barrel heater: Far infarad
(5) Metering pump: 1 set, rotation speed: 0-45 rotation.
(6) Electrical heating round spinneret: 1 set.

2. Quenching tank: 1 set
(1) The tank is made by SS 304.
3. Seven roller stretching unit A
(1) Seven variable diameter rollers, material: steel roller with hard chrome plating.
