Points to note when using seed crystal chucks:

1). According to the requirements during installation, and inspect each furnace, there should be no dander.

2). The number of furnaces used for seed crystals should be clearly recorded, in case the service life is exceeded and continued use will affect the quality of the crystals.

3). Use waste seed crystals for slag hoisting. After slag hoisting, replace them with usable seed crystals. Hanging materials and pulling crystals must have thin necks. The diameter of the thin necks for crystal pulling should be 3-5mm; .

4). During the crystal pulling process, always observe the liquid level, crystal and other furnace conditions (frequency not less than 1 time/10 minutes) to ensure that the edge of the crucible is not crystallized to prevent the seed crystal from being twisted and broken by the crystal.

5). When the seed crystals are heavy, the number of revolutions of the seed crystals should be raised and lowered in several small steps (2 rpm); when the seed crystals are heavy, they should be raised and lowered rapidly, and should not be performed intermittently, so as to avoid the seeds or The slender neck is broken or damaged by sudden acceleration of gravity or weightlessness.

6). When cutting the seed crystal, it should be cut at the thinnest part of the thin neck. Pay attention to the appropriate force, and do not twist the seed crystal with pliers; otherwise, the seed crystal must be stopped, handed over to the work section, and sent for polishing.

7). Replace new seed crystals every 100 furnaces; the seed crystals of furnaces with poor vacuum should be replaced 2 furnaces in advance.
