3. Working principle of WCu30 Tungsten Copper Alloy Sealing Welded Electrode:

In the process of sealing and welding, the electrodes rotate while moving (through the electrode wheel), and the electrodes are energized intermittently under a certain pressure. Due to the contact resistance between the electrodes and the cover plate and between the cover plate and the welding frame, the welding current will Joule heat is generated at these two contact resistances, and a molten state is formed locally between the cover plate and the welding frame, and a solder joint is formed after solidification. The sealing process is generally used for welding packaged devices, optical devices, sensor devices, and MEMS devices that require high sealing properties. At present, the main application fields of tungsten copper electrodes used in parallel molding machines are:

1). Crystal resonator industry: processed into compression molding, clock vibration, half vibration, etc.;
