Material Introduction

1. Characteristic:

   FFKM rubber refers to a terpolymer of perfluoro(methyl vinyl) tetrafluoroethylene, and perfluoroolefin. Also known as perfluoroether rubber.

    

   It has thermal and chemical stability of elasticity and polytetrafluoroethylene. Long-term working temperature -39 ~ 288 celsius degrees , short-term up to 315 celsius degrees, still have a certain plasticity below the embrittlement temperature, hard but not brittle, can be bent. It's stable for all chemicals except in fluorinated solvents.

    

   In addition to excellent chemical resistance and heat resistance, the product has homogeneity and the surface is free from penetration, cracking and pinholes. These features improve sealing performance, extend operating cycles, and reduce maintenance costs. The long-term efficacy of perfluoroether rubber seal parts can increase production efficiency and reduce maintenance costs. These total costs are much higher than the sealed initial purchase price. The average maintenance time (MTBR) can be extended to reduce unscheduled production and maintenance costs. For some special industries, the damage caused by abnormal shutdown is much greater than the repaired parts and labor costs. Perfluoroether rubber products can effectively help users improve the stability of the process, extend the working hours of the equipment, and maximize the benefits for customers.

   -39 ℃ ~ 288 ℃, some special silicone rubber could be used up to 320 ℃.
