Battery connection

1. Batteries or battery packs with the same actual capacity can be used in series

2. Batteries or battery packs with the same actual voltage can be used in parallel

3. The connecting parts shall be tight to prevent sparks; In case of poor contact, the contact surface can be cleaned with soda water

4. The positive and negative poles shall not be reversed or short circuited

5. The batteries of the battery pack shall be separated by more than 10mm to facilitate heat dissipation

battery charging

1. Use of floating charge (limit voltage, control current): charging voltage 2.275-2.30v/single grid, temperature compensation, temperature compensation coefficient 3MV per unit (based on 20)

2. When trickle flow is used, the floating charge current of the battery is high-speed to less than 2mA / ah

3. Recycling (stop when fully charged and charge when fully discharged): charging voltage 2.35-2.45v/single grid

4. The maximum current shall not be greater than 25% of the nominal capacity

Note: the battery shall not be used in closed or high temperature environment, and shall be kept away from fire source

storage and installation

1. 1. If the battery is not put into use, remove the connecting wire, cover the pole sheath and wipe it clean

2. The battery shall be maintained and charged every three months. The charging method is current limiting and constant voltage method. The initial charging current is 0.1CA and the charging voltage is 2.4v/ single cell

3. The storage battery shall be stored in a dry and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and heat source

4. When handling the battery, apply even force. The stressed part is the shell part of the battery to avoid operating the pole

5. Insulating tools shall be used during installation to prevent electric shock
