This luxurious apartment complex is comprised of two non-symmetrically curved towers, contributing to the distinctive skyline of Dubai. The Pagani Luxury Apartments model, a masterpiece by the QZY architectural model builder, underwent an intricate 40-day construction process.
The glass curtain walls, featuring nanocoating combined with UV printing technology and hand-painted color detailing, showcase meticulous craftsmanship. The curved portions of the curtain walls utilize manual hot-bending techniques, while the decorative aluminum panels employ stainless steel corrosion technology. The road surfaces are crafted with toughened glass electroplating, and all accessories are produced using 3D color printing technology.
The model's base is crafted from fiberglass material, specifically designed in an asymmetric curved form that complements the project's overall design. The intricate detailing of the base harmonizes with the architectural aesthetics.
The comprehensive lighting control managed through an independent iPad program, precisely regulates each unique apartment layout. From entrance lobbies to top-tier luxury apartments, public spaces, landscapes, and roads – all areas are equipped with an independent lighting control system, enhancing the visual allure of the entire model.
