QZY Models proudly unveils the architectural Display Miniatures of the K11 complex, a groundbreaking project that promises to redefine Ningbo's skyline. As the inaugural project of K11 in Zhejiang, this international metropolis seamlessly integrates commerce, office spaces, residences, and a luxurious hotel, encompassing K11 ATELIER, K11 Art Mall, K11 ARTUS, Rosewood hotels, and high-end residences.
To address space limitations in the exhibition hall and meet specific display requirements, the Display Miniatures Model is crafted at different scales – 1:300 for tower parts, 1:125 for the overall project with elevating functionality, and an intricate 1:12 scale for a partial facade. This precision allows viewers to explore the project's details at various levels.
Ensuring both sophistication and longevity, the Display Miniatures features antique copper rough-textured fiberglass material and electroplated antique copper-colored matte stainless steel plate. Departing from conventional reflective mirror materials, this choice enhances impact resistance, prevents discoloration, and ensures structural integrity. The use of 3D printing for irregular parts and secondary design modeling based on client-provided models further elevates the model's intricacy.
The exterior facade's decorative construction employs metal etching technology, maximizing service life and precision. Selecting the texture and color of the building facades posed a significant challenge, leading to the development of a unique coloring method through meticulous research and testing.
Given the complexity of multiple elevating devices, lighting, and Display Miniatures, QZY Models integrates modern electronic devices for central control. Utilizing iPads as the control method ensures a seamless experience. The interface and control design, coupled with emergency backup physical button switches, provide dual protection and enhance user interaction.
