The Proton Therapy System, developed by IBA, represents cutting-edge radiation therapy. Utilizing high-energy proton beams, this system provides precise tumor treatment with minimal side effects compared to traditional radiotherapy methods. Central to the project are critical components like the proton accelerator, beam line system, and treatment station, addressing diverse tumor types and locations.
Commissioned by IBA, QZY Models undertook the task of creating three demonstration models of the proton therapy system at varying scales (1:30, 1:50, 1:70). These models were destined for installation in Shanghai, Chengdu, and Huizhou, respectively.
The scaled-down models impeccably replicate the real system, elucidating treatment principles, processes, and dynamic treatment procedures. Components such as the rotating treatment room, fixed-beam treatment room, and laser targeting treatment are intricately detailed.
Our proficient model design team conducted meticulous analysis and modeling over three weeks. After securing full approval for our design proposal, the production phase was completed within an additional three weeks. The client's high praise for the final deliverables stands as a testament to our commitment to precision and excellence.
