Description of Solid-Liquid Separator:
HL200-2 HL280-2 type and screw type extrusion solid-liquid separator, the separator
is the use of screw extruder operating mode solid-liquid separation, is a highly efficient
continuous operation of separation dewatering equipment. It is widely used in livestock manure,
sewage slaughter, lees, potato residue, wood processing enterprises sewage, biogas sludge liquid-liquid separation, dehydration dregs medicine, food industry materials and so on.
Separation is primarily used for cow dung, pig manure, chicken manure, biogas slurry solid-liquid separation, dehydration.
1 Separation isolates can be made into efficient organic fertilizer;
2. Stir in fecal residue isolated grass bran stir, add bacteria fermentation, then granulating can be
made into a composite of organic fertilizer;
3. At the same time it can be made into pellets, to feed the fish;
4. For flowers / special economic crop fertilization, it can transform soil organic matter;

Working Principle and Features :
Sludge pump in manure pits in the original upgrade fecal residue into the solid-liquid separator, and placed in the screen by pressing the spiral at 46 r / min speed dehydration of
raw fecal residue will move forward, wherein the dry solid material and machine by opening
formed in the cylinder squeeze separated from each other; wherein the slurry is filtered out through a
screen plus flow into the conditioning tanks.

Processing Efficiency of Solid-Liquid Separator:
Efficiency solid-liquid separator and the original manure waste storage time, dry matter content,
viscosity and other factors of the original manure has to pay an average processing efficiency
1. Cow dung water is bout 10-15 cubic meters per hour;
2. Pig dung water is about about 15-20 cubic meters per hour;
3. Chicken dung water is about 7 cubic meters per hour;
4. Slaughterhouse water is about 10-12 cubic meters per hour;
5. Biogas slurry water is about 10-15 cubic meters per hour;
Precautions of Solid-Liquid Separator:
1. It can be installed in the livestock pits of cement aerodromes, ground the required level;
2. Feeding work finished by a sludge cutting pump, the user should prepare the bracket for adjusting
the pump up and down ;
3. The extrusion waste water flow into the waste water tank;
4. The extruded solid-liquid separator is mobile, without fixed installation;
5. Size of livestock pits resolved by the user, the water depth must not be over 2.5 m;
