• Installation Environment

• To extend the service life, please try to install the device in a place where vibration is weak;
• To ensure normal heat dissipation, do not install the device in a poorly-ventilated area (such as trunk), and also keep about 15 cm away from other objects on the same level;
• The device shall be horizontally installed and protected against water, humidity and lightning; in addition, keep the vehicle still during installation to prevent damage to the device due to falling off;
• To ensure safe operation, keep the device, camera, cables and other accessories out of reach of passengers and driver.

• FAQ:

• .Why devices don’t record when they start?
  1. Please check whether the SD card interface of the front version of the device has an SD
  card.
  2. If the SD card exists, check the status of the storage disk in the system information
  interface:
  Status classification: non-existent, unformatted, normal capacity is not full, capacity is
  normal, the disk is full
  Status description:
  a. Does not exist, the device does not detect the SD card, please check the SD card on the
  computer, or replace the SD card, replace the device to detect whether it is an SD card
  problem or a device problem
  b. Unformatted, please format the device in the device formatting interface. After the
  format is completed, check whether the SD card capacity can be displayed normally.
  c. The capacity of the normal disk is not full, please check the recording mode setting to
  determine whether the recording conditions are met.
  d. The capacity of the normal disk is full, please check if the video overlay switch is turned
  on.

The calculation method of the video file size:

1 hour 1 image quality D1 resolution route file size: 3600 * 2048Kbps / 8 / 1024 = 900M

720P=1.32GB/Hour/Channel

1080P=2.25GB/Hour/Channel

Flow calculation:Bit rate X3600/8/1024=MB

384X3600/8/1024=168.75MB all the way one hour
