Crane slewing reducer is an important part of the crane, its main role and function are as follows:
1. Reduce speed and increase torque
The main function of the crane slewing reducer is to convert the high speed rotation of the motor into low speed and high torque output. By means of a gearing system, the reducer is able to significantly reduce the rotational speed of the input shaft. 3. Changing the direction of transmission

5. Lubrication and cooling function
The lubrication system of the slewing reducer can effectively reduce the wear and tear of the internal gears and bearings and lower the temperature rise. The lubrication system usually consists of an oil pool, oil pump, oil filter and oil pipe, and sends the lubricant to each lubrication point by means of circulating oil supply to form a lubrication film and reduce friction.
