The mobile concrete mixing plant is a mobile concrete mixing station equipment. Through ingenious design, the batching system, batching system, mixing system, storage, unloading, and automatic control system of the mixing station are centralized in a trailer unit, and the movement of the mixing station is realized through the trailer.
The YHZS35 mobile concrete mixing plant developed by Jianxin Institute is computer-controlled and can be operated either automatically or manually. The operation is simple and easy to master. The dynamic panel display can clearly understand the operation of each component, and can store and print report data at the same time, which provides great convenience for production scheduling management. The main electrical components of the agitation machine reducer, metering sensor, and control system all use imported components, which not only greatly reduces the failure rate of the equipment, but also improves the metering accuracy of the equipment.

Mixing system
YHZS35 mobile concrete mixing plant mixing host uses JS750 twin-shaft forced mixer. The mixing system of JS750 concrete mixer is composed of motor, pulley, reduction gear box, gear, stirring device and mixing drum. The main motor is connected to the secondary gear reduction box through a belt, and finally the two horizontally-disconnected stirring shafts are respectively driven by the two pairs of open gears to rotate in the opposite direction and at the same speed.

Batching system
YHZS35 mobile concrete mixing plant uses PLD1200 concrete batching machine, which adopts sand and gravel dosing device loaded by loader or belt conveyor, can be equipped with two to four different materials, can be used with various types of mixers and other metering devices, and can be combined into a fully automatic and semi-automatic mixing plant.

Conveyor system
YHZS35 mobile concrete mixing plant belt conveyor is an ideal high-efficiency continuous transportation equipment. It has the advantages of long conveying distance, large volume and continuous conveying, and it is reliable in operation, easy to realize automation and centralized control, and easy to disassemble.

Control System
The YHZS35 mobile concrete mixing station belt conveying frame is a truss structural member connecting the main chassis and the aggregate ingredient frame, and the belt frame is built in; the main frame, the belt frame and the batching frame are integrated to form the main structure of the entire mobile mixing station.

Bolted cement silo
(1) The bolted type cement silo of HZS 35 concrete mixing plant is designed and produced for the difficulties of packing and packing of cement silo, difficulty in on-site cylinder making, difficulty in transfer of construction site, and super high and super wide transportation. Cement silos (cement tanks) are in line with industry standards.
(2) The Integral-type cement silo of 35 concrete mixing plant is a one-piece cement silo with a large volume. The cargo itself is super long and super high, suitable for near-distance transportation. 200 tons ,300 tons of cement silo is required to be produced on site.
(3) The horizontal cement silo of HZS 35 concrete mixing plant has a cylindrical structure, and the bottom is supported by four round tube legs. The whole silo is in the form of steel structure and welded; the top is equipped with a dust collector and pressure relief valve. The horizontal cement silo meets the industry standard. The warehouse body is made of steel plate and grooved hoop, and the legs are welded by national standard pipe.
(4) The screw conveyor of HZS 35 concrete mixing plant is not only used in concrete mixing plant (floor), asphalt mixing plant, dry mortar production line to transport cement, fly ash, mineral powder, dry sand, etc., but also widely used chemical, building materials, grain, metallurgy, electric power and other industries transporting powdery, small granular materials. However, this device is not suitable for conveying bulky, compressive, bonded or easy-to-knot materials.
