Batching system

Conveyor system

Control System

Bolted cement silo
(1)The bolted type cement silo of 75 concrete mixing plant is a combined cement silo. The silo body is formed by die-casting. The product is small in size and easy to transport. It is suitable for export container and domestic long-distance transportation.
(2)The Integral-type cement silo of 75 concrete mixing plant is a one-piece cement silo with a large volume. The cargo itself is super long and super high, suitable for near-distance transportation.200 tons ,300 tons of cement silo is required to be produced on site.
(3)The top of the horizontal cement silo of 75 concrete mixing plant is equipped with an electric dust removal device, which can adsorb suspended particles in the tank and reduce the pollution to the surrounding environment. When there is more dust on the dust collector, the vibration motor on the dust collector can be activated by the electric control system to shake off the accumulated dust, which has the advantages of convenient operation, simple use, safety and reliability.
