Precision Rotor Design: Built from high-strength aviation-grade aluminum LC4, the rotor is meticulously forged and processed, undergoing stringent depth flaw detection, and balance testing to guarantee exceptional performance.
User-Friendly Operation: Includes an observation window for speed calibration and noise measurement. The centrifuge is controlled by a microprocessor with a carbon brushless, high-torque frequency conversion motor, ensuring dust-free, maintenance-free operation. The LCD screen displays key information such as Speed, Timer, RCF, Rotor type, Program (Memory), Acceleration/Deceleration settings, and Error codes.
High Capacity: Capable of processing up to 12 bags of 500 ml whole blood or 6 units of 2400 ml, handling a total volume of 14,400 ml in one cycle.
Precise Temperature Control: Features a CFC-free, double-cycle refrigeration system with temperature control down to -20°C. The pre-cooling function ensures the chamber is at optimal temperature for blood processing.
Programmable Functions: Stores up to 30 programs for easy recall. Includes 10 acceleration rates and 10 braking ramps, reducing the risk of secondary sedimentation and ensuring efficient centrifugation.
Ease of Use: Automatic lid-locking during operation enhances safety, while rotors can be easily exchanged with a specially designed rotor connector for quick loading and unloading. A wind cover shield minimizes air currents, protecting specimen integrity.
Advanced Safety Features: Compliant with international safety standards (IEC 61010), the centrifuge is equipped with an electrical lid interlock to prevent opening during rotor operation. An emergency lid-release function is included for power failures, and gas hinges provide drop protection. Additional safety measures protect against overspeed, overheating (motor and chamber), and imbalance, safeguarding both the operator and the equipment.
